Hereinafter referred to as "BUYER" and "SELLER" in this contract.
Article 2 - Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service , the qualities and sales price of which are specified in the contract, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the www.zeraydinlatma.com website belonging to the SELLER.
Article 3 - Product / Service Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price and payment information of the product or service are the same as the information on the order confirmation page and are an integral part of this contract.
Article 4 - Delivery
The product is delivered to the address and person/persons specified by the BUYER in the order form. The delivery period is within 3-7 business days specified by the SELLER. Except for force majeure reasons, the product is shipped within this period.
Article 5 - Right of Return and Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 working days from the delivery of the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period and the product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
For products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
Article 6 - General Provisions

BUYER accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the contractual product and has given the necessary approval electronically.

The contract becomes valid after it is approved electronically by the BUYER.

If the SELLER cannot supply the goods or services subject to the contract due to a justified reason, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of this situation and the refund will be made within 14 days at the latest.
Article 7 - Competent Court
In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the location of the BUYER are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 8 - Entry into Force
The BUYER declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the conditions and explanations stated in this contract. This contract enters into force electronically upon completion of the order.
