Delivery Information

Orders placed through our website will be delivered to cargo within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on product stock and the region where the delivery address is located.

You will be notified when your order is shipped and you will be able to easily follow the process with your cargo tracking number.

Return Conditions

You have the right to return the product you purchased within 7 working days from the delivery date.

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • There should be no deformation, damage or signs of use on the product.

  • The invoice, warranty certificate and all other accessories that came with the product must be returned completely.

The return process is initiated after the product reaches us and the necessary checks are made. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made to you within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Note: In case of damage caused by cargo, please keep a report before receiving the product and inform us of the situation.
